If it is promised to send salesman invoice, then do not wait until 2nd request!

Monday I got the box and intend to deliver it on Wednesday.
But Wednesday I didn't call the buyer.
Luckily on Friday I am on my way to deliver the box and the buyer called me.
I even worked there for a couple hours.
WHERE is the invoice which has been promised to be emailed by manager on Monday?
Luckily once requested, invoiced arrived via email to keith and me.
Signiture confirmed the delivery.
JOB COMPLETED.
